The client, a B2B startup, wanted to create a platform for managing orders and shipments of high-quality local products for employees and contractors.The service is aimed at companies that invest in long-term relationships, offering tailored gifts to strengthen ties with teams.

Design an intuitive interface that allows managers and HR to:
- choose the right gift package
- easily upload recipient data
- manage bulk or individual orders, even for remote teams
- create customized gift campaigns, without the need for technical support
UX/UI Process
1. User Research
To understand real needs and critical points, we conducted a research phase using qualitative methods:
- Interviews with more than 6 users
- Creation of empathy maps
- Competitor analysis
- SWOT analysis
- Definition of Personas (Company Manager and Success Manager)
2. Strategy and Architecture
We have redesigned the User Flow to make the ordering process more straightforward and clear.
Key actions, such as product selection and address management, are now simple and intuitive.

- Eliminated bottlenecks in the purchase flow
3. Design
We turned ideas into visual solutions:
- Low-fidelity wireframe creation for quick testing
